RENTAL GUIDE

You will be checked in & out of our Villas by our Spanish Property Management Company; Sunny Costa who will contact you in advance of arrival to coordinate ETA & meeting place.

Upon your arrival to Villa Acacia 5, you will find a Welcome Guide on the table. Please browse through the guide for further useful information on your Villa inclusive of; the gate entry system, the Smart System, wifi, appliances & maintenance.

The Villa Welcome Guide will also provide you with some useful numbers which you may require during your stay & recommendations within the local area & on the Las Colinas Resort.

Should you require a copy of this guide prior to your stay, please let us know & we can email an electronic copy to you.

Villa Rules

No parties, events, loud music or excessive noise

Silent hours to be observed between 10pm - 8am

Pets are not allowed in the villa

Smoking, Vaping or Illegal Drugs are strictly prohibited inside the villa

Please do not sit on the indoor sofa (or any indoor furniture) in wet clothing

No glasses around the pool

No running on the outside terrace/pool (these can become slippy when wet)

Only the amount of guests that have booked are allowed to be in the villa

Please ensure all doors & shutters are locked each time you leave the villa

Any damages/breakages will be charged from the security deposit

Please treat the villa as it were your own home :)
